... a lot ... as the latest two short news items show that have reached us from the resort. The exterior rehab at Disney's Sequoia Lodge is moving ahead at full speed. In the meantime the complete facade of the central section of the main building facing toward the lake has been covered with scaffolding. In addition some exterior facade rehab work has been scheduled to start soon at Disney's Newport Bay Club, too.
What else? Just a short mentioning: the lagoon of the Nautilus in Disocoveryland has been refilled. And then the surprising rumour: unregistered guest "MinnieM" has posted on the DLP.info-Forum that on Saturday the small ferris wheel on the back of the Old Mill in Fantasyland was operational again the first time in several years. So far this report has not been confirmed by any of the well known sources and should be taken with more than a grain of salt - but the DLP.info-Community as well as the DLP.info-Team is trying to follow up on this rumour already...

Die Arbeiten an der Fassade von Disney's Sequoia Lodge kommen mit Höchstgeschwindigkeit voran. Mittlerweile ist die gesamte Fassade des Hautpflügels des Hauptgebäudes zum Lake Disney hinter Gerüsten verschwunden. Auch für die Fassade von Disney's Newport Bay Club sind zwischenzeitlich Arbeiten geplant.
Und sonst? Nur eine kurze Meldung: die Lagune der Nautilus in Discoveryland ist wieder mit Wasser gefüllt. Und dann natürlich das überraschende Gerücht: die nicht registrierte Nutzerin "MinnieM" hat im DLP.info-Forum vermeldet, am Samstag sei das kleine Riesenrad an der Rückseite der Old Mill in Fantasyland seit Jahren das erstemal wieder in Betrieb gewesen. Bisher liegen allerdings noch keine Bestätigungen der Meldung aus bekannten Quellen vor und das Posting sollte mit mehr als ein wenig Vorsicht genossen werden - die DLP.info-Community und das DLP.info-Team ist aber schon damit beschäftigt, die Meldung aufzuklären...
