The community of Val d'Europe continues to grow successfully - in 2005 numerous new business and apartment buildings have been handed over to their new tenants. While most of these developments, while part of the overall future of the resort have minimal influence on the experience of the normal resort guests, he can already look forward to 2007, when the TGV East train starts to operate, adding 32 new connections to the 76 TVG trains already available at the Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy station right at the front gates of the Disneyland Park. Die Mehrheit dieser Projekte hat jedoch zugegebenermaßen keinen Einfluss auf den normalen Besucher des Resorts - doch auch er kann sich auf 2007 freuen, wenn mit dem TGV Ost 32 neue Verbindungen zu den 76 heute schon offerierten Verbindungen in der Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Station verfügbar sind. Damit wird der Bahnhof direkt vor den Toren des Disneyland Parks zum größten TGV-Drehkreuz in Frankreich. Zudem werden 40% aller Züge internationale Ziele in wenigstems einem der folgenden Länder haben: Belgien, Deutschland, Luxemburg, Niederland, Schweiz und Großbritannien.
