The construction of the latest hotel at the Disneyland Resort Paris is making fast progress. As can be seen on the photo the painting of the facades has already begun.
Once again the new hotel is a non-Disney hotel, operated in this case by SAS Radisson and therefore will bear the creative name SAS Radisson at Disneyland Resort Paris. The hotel offering 139 family rooms (for three or four guests) and 20 suites is scheduled to open this December. It's location is rather unique, as it is neither placed at Val de France (where there is still officially room for two more hotels) nor at Val d'Europe. Instead the hotel with what is announced as "themed gardens" sits right in the Golf Disneyland course, similar to the Marriott Vacation Club, guaranteeing a nice, green view from its rooms over the golf club.
The hotel will feature two restaurants, the Brasserie Birdie with a more cozy feeling and the Pamplemousse Restaurant with a modern, elegant style offering fine cuisine. In addition the lobby will feature the The Barley bar. A fitness-room and a swimming pool are certainly offered as well. A Play Club is supposed to keep children entertained while their adults make use of the 12 meeting rooms ranging between 27 and 315 square meater able to accommodate up to 331 delegates.
Officially the hotel will be classified as an "Associated Hotel" of Disneyland Resort Paris - but it needs to be seen how the market reacts to a further increase of hotel and conference capacity especially since the Disney hotels had a slump in the occupancy already, even so the Val de France hotels on most dates also still have capacity available.

Stattdessen wird sich das Hotel mit seinen "gethemten Gärten" inmitten des Golf Disneyland Kurses wiederfinden, ähnlich wie der Marriott Vacation Club. Das garantiert einen schönen Blick von den Zimmern aus über die Golfanlage.
Das Hotel wird zwei Restaurants und eine Lobby Bar (The Barley) bieten. Die eher gemütliche Brasserie Birdie und das Pamplemousse Restaurant mit einer modernen, eleganten Atmosphäre, in der "fine cuisine" serviert werden soll. Außerdem gehören ein Fitness-Club, ein Schwimmbad, ein Play Club für Kinder und 12 Konferenzräume von 27 bis 315 Quadratmeter für bis zu 331 Gäste zum Angebot.
Offiziell wird das Hotel als "Associated Hotel" de Disneyland Resort Paris geführt werden - aber es bleibt abzuwarten, wie der Markt auf das neue Angebot reagiert, waren zuletzt doch die Auslastung der Disney Hotels und Konferenzcenter bereits rückläufig und auch die Hotels im Bereich Val de France hatten an den meisten Tagen noch freie Kapazitäten.
