The US-based website MousePlanet reports that the 22nd annual broadcast of the Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade on ABC (the US-tv-network that is part of The Walt Disney Company) will not only in honor of the 50th anniversary celebrations in Anaheim feature numerous elements including the current Disneyland parade "Walt Disney's Dreams on Parade", but will go truly international for the grand finale of the telecast. In honor of the "Happiest Celebration on Earth" (that is the worldwide celebrations of Disneyland's 50 anniversary) the last segment is supposed to feature an international chorus with Disney Cast Members from Paris, Tokyo, and Hong Kong joining in for Disney's final Christmas wish! No word yet on whether this means that any scenes from Paris will be shown though. Also the official listing of the show on the ABC-website does not mention this special treat - understandable if it is supposed to be the surprise for the grand finale.

Nicht klar ist allerdings, ob dabei auch Szenen aus Paris zu sehen sein werden. Auch fehlt in dem offiziellen Eintrag auf der ABC-Website noch jeglicher Hinweis auf dieses Feature - das allerdings ist verständlich, soll es sich dabei doch um eine Überraschung im großen Finale handeln.
